Paul is an engineer and an economist with over 25 years’ experience in delivering resources and infrastructure projects, business development and management consulting for a wide range of industries.
Interests: Paul is a long time Chelsea supporter in the EPL, passionate on economics in all its forms and is a weekend tennis hacker.
Daniel Roberts
General Manager
Daniel is a civil engineer with 15 years project management experience delivering large scale infrastructure projects for tier 1 mining companies and state government entities. Projects include mine expansions, water treatment plants, road & bridge construction and solar farms.
Interests: Daniel enjoys anything to do with the ocean, hanging out with his little family and music.
Lee Augustson
Contract Manager
Lee has a bachelor of commerce and an MBA. He has 10 years combined experience in international shipping management as well as project and maintenance delivery for utility service providers throughout Western Australia. Lee has also owned and operated his own maintenance business.
Interests: Lee spends his time renovating his house, hanging outdoors and playing tennis.
Al Andrews
Maintenance Officer
Al is an experienced maintenance coordinator with strong business acumen having running his own business for 18 years. He presently manages the delivery of some 1500No. preventative maintenance jobs per annum throughout Western Australia
Interests: Al indulges in fine art painting and supporting his two favourite sports teams – Cambridge United and Freo Dockers
Shane Grosser
Maintenance Officer
Shane is a tradesman with multiple trade certificates. He has experience working in mining, manufacturing, residential and commercial construction, hydraulic engineering and in research and development of manufacturing processes and machinery over a 30 year period.
Interests: Shane is all about family, the outdoors and motorsports.
Bill Jacobs
Project Manager
Bill is a versatile project manager with over 40 years experience in the construction and maintenance industries delivering services for tier 1 companies and state government entities. His background in engineering and fabrication makes him a valuable part of the DCCM team.
Interests: Bill enjoys maintaining and sailing his 32 foot yacht.
Fiona Jubb
Maintenance Officer
Fiona spent 12 years in Training & Development in the Oil & Gas Industry. She was responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering training for employees and the network of franchisees across Australia. Fiona left the industry to raise her two now teen girls. She has also spent the past 20+ years running a small business in the window film industry with her husband.
Interests: Fiona loves being a member of her bookclub affectionately called Reading Between the Wines
Alisha Lee
Maintenance Officer
Alisha is a Maintenance Officer at DCCM and has 12 years of Service Coordination experience across various industries throughout Western Australia including both the public and private sectors.
Interests: Alisha loves anything Disney, crafts and reading.
