Paul is an engineer and an economist with over 25 years’ experience in delivering resources and infrastructure projects, business development and management consulting for a wide range of industries.
Paul is a long time Chelsea supporter in the EPL, passionate on economics in all its forms and is a weekend tennis hacker.
Daniel Roberts
General Manager
Daniel is a civil engineer with 15 years project management experience delivering large scale infrastructure projects for tier 1 mining companies and state government entities. Projects include mine expansions, water treatment plants, road & bridge construction and solar farms.
Daniel enjoys anything to do with the ocean, hanging out with his little family and music.
Lee Augustson
Facilities Maintenance Manager
Lee has a bachelor of commerce and an MBA. He has 10 years combined experience in international shipping management as well as project and maintenance delivery for utility service providers throughout Western Australia. Lee has also owned and operated his own maintenance business.
Interests: Lee spends his time renovating his house, hanging outdoors and playing tennis.
Al Andrews
Maintenance Officer
Al is an experienced maintenance coordinator with strong business acumen having running his own business for 18 years. He presently manages the delivery of some 1500No. preventative maintenance jobs per annum throughout Western Australia
Interests: Al indulges in fine art painting and supporting his two favourite sports teams – Cambridge United and Freo Dockers
Roxane Tuara
Senior Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Roxane is an experienced operations and facilities management professional with a strong track record across corporate buildings and remote site portfolios. She brings extensive expertise in maintenance coordination, WHS compliance, and contract delivery, supported by formal qualifications in facilities management and safety. Roxane has successfully managed multi-site operations, led large multidisciplinary teams, and delivered complex projects while maintaining full KPI and SLA compliance for key clients.
Peter Matthiessen
Senior Project Manager
Adrian is a civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of industries across Western Australia. Adrian has experience working on all types of assets related to facilities, buildings, and civil structures and has been part of some of the largest infrastructure projects in Western Australia. He is not too big for his boots to solve any sized problem for our clients. Adrian is our principal asset manager, able to call on experience as a consultant, a facilities manager, a contractor and as an asset owner.
In his free time, Adrian likes to play a round of golf, or three.
Shionna Young
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Shionna is a highly organised scheduler and administrator with over 15 years’ experience across customer service and operational support roles. She brings strong capability in coordinating complex schedules, managing high‑volume workflows, and maintaining clear communication between clients and field teams. Shionna has demonstrated success in optimising resource allocation, improving scheduling efficiency, and supporting day‑to‑day operations in fast‑paced environments, underpinned by a consistent focus on accuracy and service delivery.
Chris Oeij
Project Manager
Chris is a qualified civil engineer with over seven years’ experience delivering complex construction projects across major commercial developments. He brings strong technical capability in project engineering, including buildability analysis, programme coordination, and client liaison, supported by hands-on experience across high-value projects such as Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Boola Bardip Museum, and The Grove apartments. Chris is known for his collaborative approach and ability to manage site delivery to meet quality, time, and cost objectives..
Fiona Jubb
Maintenance Officer
Fiona spent 12 years in Training & Development in the Oil & Gas Industry. She was responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering training for employees and the network of franchisees across Australia. Fiona left the industry to raise her two now teen girls. She has also spent the past 20+ years running a small business in the window film industry with her husband.
Interests: Fiona loves being a member of her bookclub affectionately called Reading Between the Wines

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Peter is a qualified Painter and Decorator and has successfully managed his own business for 13 years. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team in the delivery of facilities management and maintenance services for our clients.
Interests: Pete is a family man who has a penchant for writing and performing music in his free time.

Alisha is a Maintenance Officer at DCCM and has 12 years of Service Coordination experience across various industries throughout Western Australia including both the public and private sectors.
Interests: Alisha loves anything Disney, crafts and reading.

Ben is a highly experienced facilities and operations manager with a strong background in managing large-scale commercial and retail assets. He brings deep expertise in asset management, building services engineering, and regulatory compliance, supported by formal engineering qualifications and electrical licensing. Ben has successfully delivered strategic asset lifecycle planning, sustainability improvements, and budget management across complex portfolios, and is recognised for leading contractor performance and driving high standards in operational efficiency and service delivery.
